Click on the links to view each one.   Aline Khatchadourian Hello everyone. This is Aline Khatchadourian from Valley International School in Lebanon. For this part of the project I decided to interview my mother. You see my mother does not work, and I wanted to see how a non-working person uses math in their every-day life. I was amazed to say the least! She uses Math so much during the regular day, it is hard to believe! When deciding about whom to interview, I thought about the person who is least likely to use Math in his/her everyday life: My uncle the Sculptor. To my surprise, it turns out he uses Math a lot more than I think. Check out the attached file to find out how. | Click Here for Bechara's Interview | Crystelle Saleh Hi, this is Crystelle Saleh from Valley International School in Lebanon. I decided to interview my father who happens to be a graphic designer. His work mostly entails designing logos for companies, shops, etc... I found out that his use of Math is not only in terms of numbers and calculations, but also in terms of the designs he comes up with. A big part of designing depends on the use of geometric shapes, as you will see in the attached file. Mi madre no trabaja y yo quería observar cómo una persona que no trabaja utiliza las matemáticas en su diario vivir. ¡A poco me maravillé! ¡Ella utiliza tanto las matemáticas en un día regular de su vida que se hace difícil de creer! Decidiendo sobre a quien debía entrevistar pensé en buscar a la persona con la ocupación que menos pudiera envolver las matemáticas en su diario vivir: mi tío el escultor. Yo soy Crystelle Saleh de la Escuela Valle Internacional en el Líbano. Yo decidí entrevistar a mi padre que es diseñador gráfico. Su trabajo normalmente envuelve el diseñar logos para compañías, tiendas, etc. Descubrí que su uso de las matemáticas no solamente es en términos de números y cálculos, sino que también es en términos de los diseños que él crea.
