Project title: Sensiblity
Training Strategies for Inclusion
Concise project description:
Dissemination of strategies to promote the inclusion of students with
special needs or disabilities.
Complete project description:
--First stage: Presentation of the research project. Registration.
Administration of an attitude questionnaire toward inclusion.
It will not be discussed until the conclusion of the project.
Teachers will study their local situation in relation to the inclusion
of students with special needs.
--Second stage: Fill
in a form with the following information:
In my community students with disabilities _______________________
The reasons for this situation is ______________________________
I can help to promote inclusion by______________________________
--Third stage: Definition
of terms. Mailing of activities to develop with the school community
according to their individual context. Publication of resources
and materials used. Materials exchange among schools and institutions
participating in the project.
--Fourth stage: Receiving
the created projects. Evaluation. Dissemination.

and September 2001
Possible school activites:
It will vary according to the population with special needs.
Expected outcomes:
Attitudes changes toward inclusion. Creation of action projects
to promote inclusion.
Project contribution for
the community and the planet:
This project will help to create a culture of equity and understanding
of individual differences. The school communities will create
their own projects to promote inclusion.
