From Crossroads Middle School, New York City (from Aqil, Erick, Angel, Chifon, Christopher, Keke, Cynthia and Joseph) Greetings from New York City! Here are the items and prices on our shopping list. (The items from the master list are at the end.)

Spiral Notebook 1 notebook $1.50
One Month Rent a 2 bedroom apartment $1200.00

We found these prices by visiting grocery stores, markets, and corner stores around our school. The prices were not all the same. The corner stores cost the most because they are not big supermarkets and so they raise their prices. Also we noticed that the prices are more when there is a name brand because people think the name brand has the best stuff so they charge more. Also the prices here depend on what day you go shopping. Some days there are sales and the prices go lower.

Thank you,
Crossroads!
